Xilent the Culprate - 3 tracks of goodness

This is a combo post.  It's the weekend, and ya'll deserve it.  Boom.  First up, XILENT's remix of Excision and Savvy's Sleepless is crazy good.  Female vocals and heavy drops make this one an instant add for your weekend playlist.  Next up is a track I've been kind of sleeping on.  It got lost in the ridiculousness that is my iTunes library.  oops.

Well, here's a producer out of the UK, CULPRATE.  And what does one say about a track that makes me make a filthy face (squinted eyes, big smile, tongue kinda out, nodding head) every time I hear it.  See if you don't make a similar face.  <3

Skullee - He's a Pirate

I should be writing a lab report.  It's due in three hours, and I haven't started.  Haha, years later, still a pro procrastinator.  But to be fair, I just fixed my internet, caught up on music, fixed my keyboard and speakers, and made breakfast.  Yeah, it's been one of those mornings.

Anyways, the only thing I want to say about the above photo - look at those bubbles! I wanna go to a foam party or a paint rave.  Either would be fine, so long as they played good music.

Random side note: I love a smart girl that smiles.  Yes, talk to me about regioselectivity in that mousey voice of yours.  <3

Well, on to music, I only got the one track for you today, since that's really all the time I got (see aforementioned lab report deadline).  As I'm sure all of you have at some point seen one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.  Well, this new producer SKULLEE out of NORWAY just destroyed the movie's theme.  The drop is average, but it's got an epic feel to it.  Also, major points for just being a brilliant remix.  There's a bonus bootleg from Skullee, as well (yeah, yeah, I lied about it being only one track. :P)

New Filth Playlist

Something for your day.

Knife Party - Internet Friends (Revolvr Bootleg)

Yeah, yeah, yeah...Knife Party's Internet Friends is like that hook-up buddy that went psycho on yo ass.  Like it was really good and fun for awhile until she started showing up everywhere uninvited and even tried to get you to hold her purse.  Nuh-uh, bxtch.  Not today.

I normally don't like posting remixes that have been played out (read: Avicii's Levels, Zedd's Spectrum, Carly Rae's Call Me Maybe) and prefer to highlight rare remixes and original works, but this is an exception.  Like, when Ni***s in Paris drops, you're tired of the beat, but when it's reworked and the drops get filthier? yeah, that's what this site's all about.

The only reason I'm posting this track is because it's filthy, plain and simple.  You listen, and instantly, you know it's not going to be the same old track, and even though REVOLVR uses some of the original drops, they're actually a welcome retelling...almost like years passed and that hook-up buddy got way hotter, saner, and started smoking pot.  Yeah, this track...it's like that.  Click play, die happy. Enjoy. ;P

DJ Fresh and Flux Pavilion - Gold Dust (Faeroh Remix)

1) Her eyes.  stunning.  Respirator...win.

2) It's hard to find a good remix of Flux Pavilion's tracks, but they've become so iconic, you can't help but wonder that something good had to be coming.  So check out this wonderful remix by Faeroh of Flux's GOLD DUST.  It's oh so yummy-yummy.

18 days to CP - Tasty Treats

Well, it's been a week.  Women...  At any show, they wear less clothing than they normally do, but cover up their entire bodies in kandi. Makes for some pretty sweaty kandi. #justsayin  But the point of this photo is the fuzzy earmuffs.  Yes. I'm so pro fuzzy you might as well call me wuzzy.

Now, for the music...since Counterpoint is only 18 days away...yeah, I know. Here's a great track from local talent.

First up, Mayhem.  ATL-based producer is absolutely filthy live.  Saw him in Birmingham, and they tore the roof off.  He's currently signed to Subhuman ATL.  His current single out now is "Brick Squad Anthem."  Click Play. Die Happy.

Here's a pretty thumpy (is that a word?) track. Definitely more Big Room than House, so it's definitely got a bit o' that good tribal/jungle feel.  Of which, I am a strong supporter.  This is Clockwork's Titan (MAD DECENT).

And here's a shortened version of my favorite producer right now, CLARK KENT, who brought you that sick nasty birdy - shelter remix and also destroyed The Wanted's Glad You Came.  This one is for the beatport remix competition that Zed's Dead is hosting for a track off their newest EP called COWBOY.  If you haven't heard the original, I posted it first.  Listen, and then see what SuperPro did with it.

If you like Clark Kent's remix, go to beatport and vote for him here.

RMFT: Party Starters

If I took a girl's pants off and saw her wearing these, I'd be speechless.  I mean, aside from the neon color and the lace, she obviously gets it.  And forget about it, if she's wearing these at a show.  I'd be on her like white on rice (yes, asians can use that joke, too. 8D).  In the words of my girl B, I definitely like it, so Imma put a ring on it.

Anyways, in light of the excitement that is college football, I decided to give you guys a few tracks for your Saturday festivities.  (If you need more music, check out my other posts, of course.)  These three tracks will turn your cookout into a dance party, or at least the discussion of whether there needs to be an outing to a club in the post-game.  Enjoy.  ;P

And here's a bonus. This original song was a youtube sensation in my college days...so to hear a dubstep remix of it is like finding your favorite pair of flipflops from way back and realizing you can still rock them (ignoring the smell), but they still make you feel insanely disgusting just putting them back on your clean feet. This is like that but better. (You don't actually smell a penis when listening to this track.)
