I don't know who this is, but the composition is the perfect blend of happiness. Smile-inducer. :D And around minute 2:30 when it starts to get a little smoother, in pops in BIG SEAN. Perfect balance. Imagine the summer wind in your face with your windows rolled down. The bass hitting you acoustically in the eardrums, but loud enough to feel it in your chest.
